This event will feature an esteemed panel of WSU research faculty engaging in a moderated discussion where they will share their experiences around intellectual property (IP) protection, entrepreneurship, sponsored research funding, technology transfer, successful SBIR/STTR grant submissions, the Commercialization GAP Fund (CGF), NSF I-Corps, and much more.

The panelists will share their success stories as well as tips on how to navigate the process of transitioning from fundamental research to applied research; engaging with the Office of Commercialization (OC), the Innovation and Research Engagement Office (IREO), and the numerous resources available at WSU. Come and hear directly from these panelists how utilizing these resources has improved their careers and what they are glad they learned throughout the commercialization process.
